Service:Workout change

Anyone at any fitness level can learn about their shortcomings and lower their risk of injury.  Having a balanced body in all planes of movement can aide you in accomplishing your goals.  Training to correct any imbalances that rob performance or create overuse of the muscles and eventually pain.
